My dearest, here I come again. I did not forget you ! This time I will reveal the biggest secret of natural anti aging. To be precisely, we can not make years to stop but we sure can look younger and « full » our age a little bit. Aging is normal part of life and we can not stop the age to go by. Every part of life brings to us something new and something nice. As I said before, we can not stop age to go by but we sure can look great, fresh and young even in mature age. Did I get your attention ?
You will probably ask what I meen when I say face gym ? To be exact, under our face, there are 57 muscles and as every other muscle in our body, they loss tonus. Everyone who practic sport, have nice and toned body. Gimnastic does not stop with neck, actualy it starts there. The only diferent thing is when we work up for exp. biseps we lift waith and with frontalis (one of the musles on our face) we use our fingers to create resistance in order to build up the muscles.
IMPORTANT NOTE
When you start with face excersize it is important as for the any other type of exsersize to ask your doctor for opinion. Also, to get results you need to exsersize right.Now, the usual question will appear. In what period of time results will be obvious? The results will come for sure depends of your face condition but in worst case from 6 to 8 weeks until you can see bigg difference. You lift muscles the
same way plastic surgent would do but no cuts or pain. With regular practis you will get better tonus, strong muscles, better circulation, glowing skin and healty looking skin color. To be aware of differents, make one selphy before starting with exsersize and then one after 3 months. The differents will leave you speacles !
For every part of your face, I will make one video with excersize that is, in my opinion best. This method is well known from the Minoan civilization. We will talk about that in the future and until then be beautiful, healthy, nourished and this time in a good form!
